If you have recently requested a withdrawal, you can track its progress directly from your NBX account. This guide shows you how to check the real-time status for both bank (fiat) and cryptocurrency transfers.
How to check the current status
Log into your NBX account.
Go to the Funds section in the side menu.
Select the Withdrawals tab at the top.
Use the dropdown menu to select the specific currency (e.g., NOK or BTC) you are waiting for.
Understanding the status of your withdrawal In the withdrawal list, the Status column tells you exactly where your funds are:
Pending: Your request is registered. Check your email! You may need to click a confirmation link sent to your registered email address before we can proceed.
Completed: The funds have successfully left your NBX account.
1. Tracking Crypto Withdrawals (e.g., Bitcoin) Once the status is Completed, your withdrawal is on the blockchain. You can click the info icon next to the address to find your Transaction ID (TxID) and track it on a block explorer.
2. Tracking Bank Withdrawals (e.g., NOK) If the status is Completed, the money has been sent from our bank.
Note: Even if the status is "Completed" on NBX, it may take 1-3 business days before the funds are visible in your personal bank account due to standard banking processing times.
Still haven't received your funds? If your status has been Completed for more than 3 business days (for bank) or the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain (for crypto) but not showing up, please contact our support team at support@nbx.com.
