Withdrawing cryptocurrency from your NBX account is a secure process. To comply with international regulations (Travel Rule), some withdrawals require a quick verification step through our partner, Notabene.
How to make a withdrawal:
Log into your NBX account.
Go to the Funds section in the side menu.
Find the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw and click the Withdraw button.
Enter the Destination address and the Amount.
Step 2: Verify the Recipient (Travel Rule) Under the "Verify the recipient" section, you must confirm the legal owner of the receiving address:
To yourself (Your own account): Select "Myself" if you are sending to an address that you own. This applies whether it is your private hardware wallet (e.g., Ledger) or your own account on another exchange (e.g., Binance).
To someone else: Select "Another individual" only if you are sending funds to another person. You will then be asked to provide the recipient's name.
Select Wallet: If you are sending to a private wallet, you must select your provider from the list (e.g., Ledger or Mobile Wallets).
Step 3: Final Confirmation
Enter your 2-factor authentication (2FA) code.
Enter the Email confirmation code sent to your registered inbox.
Click Confirm and Submit.
