In less than 24 hours at block 12965000, Ethereum will undergo a backward-incompatible upgrade, also known as a “hard fork”.
This fork contains improvements aimed at optimising and improving the network. The activation of this upgrade poses a minor risk of unforeseen bugs or malicious behaviours. Some have already been discovered and fixed. But to ensure user safety and reduce any risks associated with the fork we’ve decided to suspend deposits and withdrawals during this period.
The fork is estimated to occur 5th of August around 1400 CET you can find the updated estimate here: https://etherscan.io/block/countdown/12965000
