This is how you log in on NBX
1. Click "Log in" on the top of the page.
2. Enter your email and your password, and click log in.
3. Enter your 2-factor verification code and click verify.

Please try to clear the cache and cookies from the internet browser or use a different browser/device and try again to log in.
- My two-factor authentication is not working
If your two-factor authentication (2FA) is not working, or you have lost access to your authenticator app, use the recovery code you received when setting up the 2FA the first time to access your account.
If you do not have the recovery code you can create a new account using a different email address.
After you have done so, please inform our Customer Service using our contact form or support@nbx.com.
- I have forgotten my password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password from the log-in page.
- I have lost access to my e-mail.
If you have lost access to your personal e-mail, please inform our Customer Service using our contact form or support@nbx.com.
