Follow these steps to verify your ETH or USDC deposit using Rabby Wallet and Trezor.
Step 1: Open the pending deposit in NBX
Go to Funds → Deposits in the NBX app.
You’ll see your incoming ETH or USDC transaction listed with the status Incomplete. Click on it to open the Notabene verification screen.
Step 2: The "Verify the sender" screen appears
An Add Funds panel will open showing the Notabene Verify the sender window.
You’ll see four sections:
- Amount - the deposit amount (auto-filled)
- Source - the sending wallet address (auto-filled)
- Sender - who is sending the funds
- Wallet - the wallet used to sign and confirm ownership
You only need to complete Sender and Wallet.
Step 3: Select your sender type
Under Sender, choose:
- Myself - if you own the sending wallet
- Another individual - if someone else is sending
- A business or organization - for company transactions
In most cases, select Myself.
Step 4: Select your wallet
Open the Wallet section and select the wallet used for the deposit.
In this example, select Rabby Wallet under Self-hosted Wallet.
If you use Ledger, select Ledger USB or Ledger Bluetooth, then click Verify Ownership.
Step 5: Connect Rabby Wallet
A Rabby Wallet notification will appear asking to connect to:

Review the details and click Connect.
Step 6: Begin the signing process
Rabby will show your wallet address and ask you to confirm the account.
Click Begin signing process.
Step 7: Confirm on your Trezor
Rabby will send the signing request to your Trezor.
You will see a Confirm on Trezor message. Follow the instructions on your device and approve the request.
Note: No funds are moved - you are only signing a message.
Step 8: Complete verification
Once signed, all sections in Notabene will show green checkmarks.
Click Complete.
Step 9: Success
You will see a confirmation message.
Your deposit will be credited once the blockchain transaction is confirmed.
Troubleshooting
- Signing request does not appear - make sure your Trezor is connected, unlocked, and active
- Deposit remains "Incomplete" - refresh the page and try again
- Wallet not listed - use Connect another device
- Ledger users - select the correct connection type and approve on your device
