If you no longer have access to your 2FA codes, you can still regain access to your account.
Use your recovery code
When you enabled 2FA, you received a recovery code.
If you have saved it:
- Use the recovery code to log in
- Set up 2FA again once you have access

If you don’t have access to your recovery code, you need to contact support.
To regain access, follow these steps:
- Reset your password
- Contact support to request a 2FA reset
- Once 2FA has been reset, log in to your account
- Complete identity verification
This process is required to keep your account secure.

- Never share your 2FA codes with anyone
- NBX will never ask for your codes via email or phone
